02Principles
Four rules we build by.
They decide what we build, what we automate and what stays with you.

Humans own relationships. The system owns process.
The system captures, logs, reminds and reports. People make the calls and close. AI takes the routine. A person decides.

Technology is the tool, not the product.
Webflow, n8n, Google Sheets, Apps Script and AI are parts, not the point. You pay for work that moves without you pushing it.

If it's done more than once, it gets documented.
Every automation, sheet and email template is written down and handed over. Nothing lives only in our heads, or in yours.

You own everything.
Accounts and data live in your name. So does the code. If we part ways, the system stays with you.
03Client zero
We run on what we build.
CuliFlow is client zero. Our own leads run on the spine we build for clients: one sheet, a status for every lead, a message to the right person.

It reads every reply.
When someone answers one of our emails, the agent reads it and works out what they need.

It logs every lead.
Each lead gets one row in a sheet, with a status that moves from sketch to call, to proposal, to won or lost.

It answers inside the rules.
Routine replies go out in our voice: a free sketch with no price, and call times by phone or Google Meet.

It reports every day.
Twice a day the team gets a lead report: new replies and where each lead stands.

It asks for a person.
When a reply needs judgement, it says so and names who should take over. The relationship stays human.

Rules it never breaks
- The sketch never carries a price.
- A “no” is final: one polite close, then no more emails.
- Every email carries an unsubscribe line.
