CuliFlow is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Serbia.

If you write to us

Your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply.

What we never ask for

No passwords, no payment details, no ID numbers. Please keep sensitive personal data, such as health details, out of the free-text fields. This site is meant for businesses, not for children.

• To prepare your audit: a map of how work moves today and the three things worth automating first.
• To reply through the channel you chose, and to propose a call if you asked for one.
• To follow up on your request.

A person reads every answer. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.

We process your data under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We rely on two bases:

If you pick WhatsApp as your preferred contact, we reply there, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to that chat.

Webflow and Google may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. For those transfers we rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms.

We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

As long as we need it to reply and follow up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact.

If a contract follows, we keep what the project needs for as long as the contract and the law require.

Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Under the ZZPL, and the GDPR where it applies, you can:

  Ask what we hold about you and get a copy.

• Correction

  Fix anything that is wrong or incomplete.

• Deletion

  Have your data erased.

• Restriction

  Ask us to pause processing while something is checked.

• Objection

  Object to how we process your data.

• Portability

  Get the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.

• Withdraw consent

  At any time. It doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it.

• Complain

  To the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Serbia).

To use any of these rights, write to hello@culiflow.co. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so your data never goes to someone else.

The Commissioner is at poverenik.rs. If you live in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. Your browser keeps a few small things for the site to work:

The motion preference and the form draft never leave your browser.

Fonts and scripts load from Webflow's CDN and from jsDelivr, a public CDN for open-source code. When your browser requests those files, the services receive your IP address and basic browser details, as any web server does. We load no tracking scripts.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
